New Lima's mission is to provide housing opportunity and assistance for all Lima citizens through a comprehensive program of financial assistance, technical guidance and education leading to the acquisition and sale of selected properties within the City of Lima.  Efforts within the low to moderate-income community will be the focus through cooperation, communication and commitment.
